The build process was very thorough, Kim leaves no stone unturned, direct and honest communication is their way. Jeremy, Haydon and the boys were terrific, they went the extra mile and they have real pride in their craft. We are very happy with the result. Construction started in January 2018 and it was all finished by mid August. That was an amazing result considering the complexity of the project: an architecturally-designed, three storey house on a sloping site with flooding issues. They made us feel that the whole process was so easy. We highly recommend Jezman Constructions as a building company.
We were very impressed with the outstanding project management during the construction. The project went very smoothly; all the contractors were efficient, punctual; there were always works at the site. We are delighted that Jezman Constructions is so reliable. Everything was completed as they said they would, when they said they would do it.
We were pleased that the costs were thoroughly stipulated in the contract. The cost outline in the original contract, excluding our own optional variations, was exactly what we paid. We really appreciate it, specially considering the complexity of the project; fixed contract price gave us a peace of mind. We loved the flexibility we had. This was why we chose Jezman Constructions in the first place. Even though we also received quotes from larger companies, we wanted to be able to change something if we wished.
During the whole construction process, the communication was excellent. All our emails were answered within 24 hours and to the point. “During the process of the build we were encouraged by Jeremy to be involved in all aspects of the build from discussing the placement of lights and power points with the electricians to communicating with the plumber regarding tapware positioning. He even organised on-site meetings at different times to run over positioning of items in the bathrooms and other areas to give us more space and better functionality. This and many of other things may not seem much in the overall build but these ideas all contributed to making our house what it is today. Jeremy’s attention to detail and his ability to communicate with us as well as his trades made for a very easy and enjoyable build. After building once before with another builder we found with Jeremy this was a much smoother process and our building experience could not be faulted.
